Drain shelf can withstand temperatures from -40?Ü to 375?ÜF (-40?Ü to 190?ÜC), making them ideal for use in steam tables, microwave ovens and other hot holding units. Shelf is compatible with 1/4 size pans. Food pans are sold separately.
